Human Resources Manager

About the Role:
In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving initiatives that support leadership development, employee engagement, compliance, compensation, and talent acquisition. You’ll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Approachability and problem-solving skills are key to your success as well as ability to engage with employees and managers. The role is an integral part of the HR and Operations teams, and responsible for human resource functions at the site-level, and is actively involved in our global Human Resources group.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with leadership to execute business strategies and drive organizational performance.

Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Lead high-volume recruitment efforts, from sourcing to selection, ensuring top talent acquisition.

Lead, in collaboration with management and legal, thorough and timely investigations into employee complaints, policy violations, or workplace concerns.

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team capabilities.
·
Analyze compensation trends and recommend adjustments aligned with business goals.
·
In collaboration with the Benefits Manager, coordinate employee leaves (STD, FMLA, Workers Comp) and ensure accurate reporting.

Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to inform retention strategies.
·
Support change management initiatives, including restructuring and talent upgrades.
·
Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage regulatory audits (e.g., OFCCP, OSHA).

Drive employee engagement through surveys, feedback, and continuous improvement.
