Celerion is seeking a Director, Global Training and Development
to design and lead our global training and onboarding function from the ground up. This role will collaborate with leadership and existing SME experts within our lines of service to evaluate and recommend training initiatives to align with best practices. Additionally, the role will focus on the development and expansion of programs to include new skill-based, compliance and professional development training across our global organization.
You will be the sole architect—assessing, strategizing, and executing– while collaborating with all units of our organization. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to shape the future of talent development on a global scale.
